Service Scope

This one-time production package covers one business, one existing brand, one English-language content batch, and up to two selected social media platforms. It includes 12 original content pieces: eight single-image posts and four carousels with up to five slides each. Platform adaptations reuse the same approved creative; they do not increase the number of original content concepts.

Pricing and Service Period

The package price is USD 599.00 for the complete one-time production package described below. It covers the stated deliverables and revision allowance. Additional work is quoted separately.

Agree on the Themes and Visual Direction

We hold a briefing session and review the supplied brand assets, business information, goals, and usable photos. We agree on 12 content subjects and one visual direction based on the existing brand. The batch can support agreed educational, promotional, company, or product messages. A full market study or social media strategy is outside the package.

Write the Captions and Design the Content

We write 12 original English captions of up to 1,500 characters each and provide calls to action and up to five suggested hashtags per caption where appropriate. We design eight static graphics and four carousels using approved facts, photos, and brand assets. Each carousel contains up to five slides, for up to 20 carousel slides across the package.

Adapt the Materials and Apply Revisions

We adapt each approved content piece to up to two agreed platform formats. Adaptation adjusts dimensions, layout, or caption treatment for the same underlying message; an entirely different concept is additional production. The client receives one coordinated batch for review. Two consolidated revision rounds cover corrections within the agreed subjects and visual direction.

Deliver the Publishing-Ready Batch

We provide the final agreed image exports and a caption document organized by content piece. Carousels are exported as image sequences or PDFs according to the agreed platforms. A delivery index identifies the subjects, formats, and captions so the client's publishing team can use the batch. Scheduling and live publication are separate services.

Testing and Quality Review

Client Requirements

The client supplies accurate business information, the source materials needed for this package, and one named contact for approvals and consolidated feedback. Where account work is included, the client provides authorized access and retains account ownership.

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after the brief, brand assets, business facts, and source materials are received.

Two consolidated revision rounds cover the agreed subject list, captions, and existing design direction.

New concepts, replacement source material after approval, extra slides, additional language versions, and editable design-source files are quoted separately.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are outside this package unless purchased or agreed separately:

• Live publication, scheduling, comment handling, or ongoing account management
• Video editing, original photography, filming, and new brand identity design
• Original research studies, customer interviews, or extensive technical writing
• Paid advertising, media spend, stock-asset purchases, or additional original content pieces
• Additional accounts, brands, languages, quantities, or formats beyond this package
• Third-party software subscriptions and additional paid asset licenses
