Service Scope
TikTok Ads Account Audit & Action Plan is a fixed-scope review of one TikTok Ads account, one Business Center, and one primary geographic market. It is designed for businesses that already have TikTok advertising activity, account access, or historical campaign data and need a clear picture of what is working, what is limiting performance, and what should be addressed first.
The audit reviews the available account structure, campaigns, audiences, creative, conversion setup, and destination experience. You receive a prioritized action plan rather than campaign implementation or ongoing management.
Business Center and Account Review
We review the visible Business Center and TikTok Ads account structure, account access, billing status, permissions, account naming, business details, advertising settings, and obvious setup risks. Where access and historical data are available, we identify structural issues that can affect campaign control, reporting clarity, collaboration, or future scaling.
This service does not include creating a new Business Center, changing ownership, resolving platform enforcement actions, submitting appeals, completing identity verification, or contacting TikTok support on the client’s behalf.
Campaign Structure, Budget, and Delivery Review
We review up to 15 active or recently completed campaigns from the previous 90 days. The review covers campaign objectives, campaign and ad-group structure, optimization events, budgets, bidding approach, delivery patterns, placements, scheduling, learning conditions, and visible performance trends.
We identify duplicated activity, unclear campaign roles, inefficient budget allocation, gaps in the customer journey, and areas where campaign structure may not match the business objective. Recommendations are based on the data, access, and assets provided; they do not guarantee future delivery, leads, sales, or return on ad spend.
Audience and Retargeting Review
We assess the audience logic behind your prospecting, retargeting, exclusion, engagement, customer, and website-based audiences where available. The review considers audience overlap, segmentation, recency, exclusions, first-party-data readiness, and whether each audience has a clear role in the conversion journey.
Audience research, customer-list sourcing, data cleanup, data uploads, consent collection, audience creation, and audience implementation are not included.
Creative and Format Review
We review up to 25 paid creative assets currently used or supplied for the account. This includes the visible relationship between content format, hook, offer, proof, call to action, audience stage, and campaign objective. We identify practical creative gaps, repetition, mismatches between the message and destination page, and testing priorities for future production.
The audit provides strategic recommendations only. Video production, editing, UGC creation, creator sourcing, influencer outreach, scripting, copywriting, graphic design, and publishing are separate services.
Measurement and Conversion Review
We review the visible TikTok Pixel, Events API, event selection, attribution settings, optimization signals, conversion reporting, and account-level measurement logic where access is available. We identify whether the account appears to optimize toward actions that reflect the client’s commercial priorities and whether reporting can be used to make practical decisions.
TikTok Pixel or Events API installation, code changes, consent configuration, event mapping, CRM integration, server-side tracking, attribution repair, and technical troubleshooting are not included.
Destination and Lead-Experience Review
We review up to three website, landing-page, product-page, checkout, TikTok Instant Form, storefront, or other conversion-destination URLs connected to the reviewed campaigns. We identify visible friction points that may weaken the path from ad engagement to lead, purchase, booking, or another selected action.
Website editing, landing-page design, Shopify work, form creation, checkout changes, copywriting, and conversion-rate-optimization implementation are not included.
Action Plan and Handoff
You receive one structured audit report and action plan in PDF or equivalent digital format. It summarizes the key findings, prioritizes the highest-impact issues, and organizes the recommended next steps into immediate, 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day priorities.
The deliverable is intended to help you decide whether to repair the existing account, rebuild selected campaigns, improve tracking, develop new creative, refine the destination experience, or move into ongoing management.
Client Inputs, Timeline, and Scope Boundaries
After purchase, the client provides the TikTok Ads account and Business Center access required for the review, website or storefront links, campaign objectives, primary market, current offers, relevant creative assets, available historical data, conversion goals, and up to three destination URLs. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after all required access and intake information are received.
Practical revisions are included within the approved audit scope. New campaigns, additional accounts, additional markets, new research, technical implementation, creative production, platform-support work, ad spend, and ongoing optimization or management are separate scope.
