Service Scope

This package covers one existing TikTok business account, one business, one brand, and one English-language content stream for 30 days. It includes eight finished videos of up to 60 seconds each, edited from client-provided footage. The source-footage allowance is up to 10 minutes per finished video and 80 minutes in total for the monthly batch.

Pricing and Service Period

The package price is USD 999.00 for one 30-day management period. Ongoing service can be renewed monthly under the agreed service arrangement. Paid advertising management and advertising spend are separate.

Review the Account and Plan Eight Videos

We review the account, available analytics, existing content, and the footage the client can provide. We agree on eight video concepts suited to the business and the source material. The calendar identifies the topic, opening message, required footage, and intended next step for each video. Concepts rely on supplied business facts rather than a new filming production.

Edit the Short Videos and Prepare Their Presentation

We trim and sequence the supplied clips into eight vertical videos, add English on-screen captions, adjust basic audio levels, and apply agreed brand elements. Each video receives one cover image and a publication caption of up to 1,000 characters. We use supplied audio or an approved available library; additional licensing costs are separate.

Approve and Publish the Monthly Videos

The client reviews the concepts and edited batch before publication. One consolidated pre-publication revision round is included for corrections to the agreed editing direction, captions, and existing cuts. We schedule or publish the approved videos using supported account tools. Additional filming, alternate cuts, new concepts, and replacement footage after approval require a separate scope.

Support Comments and Review the Results

We check public comments on the managed videos twice weekly on business days and provide up to two hours of response and escalation work during the service period. Replies use approved business information. The monthly report considers available views, watch-time information, engagement, and account activity, with recommendations grounded in the eight delivered videos.

Testing and Quality Review

Client Requirements

The client supplies accurate business information, the source materials needed for this package, and one named contact for approvals and consolidated feedback. Where account work is included, the client provides authorized access and retains account ownership.

Delivery and Revisions

Onboarding and the first monthly batch are normally prepared within 5–7 business days after the required account access, business facts, and usable source assets are received. The 30-day management period begins on the agreed first publication date.

One consolidated pre-publication revision round is included for the monthly calendar and content batch. Corrections cover approved subjects, copy, the existing visual direction, and included video edits where applicable.

The report is delivered within five business days after the service period ends. The review call is arranged after report delivery. Delayed client feedback or unavailable account features can affect publication dates and delivery timing.

Extra content, new concepts, replacement materials after approval, additional accounts, or work beyond the stated engagement allowance are quoted separately.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are outside this package unless purchased or agreed separately:

• Original filming, on-location production, actors, or creator partnerships
• Complex animation, extensive audio repair, and additional video versions
• Live-stream production, shop operations, or direct-message customer service
• Paid campaigns, advertising spend, audio-license purchases, and third-party fees
• Additional accounts, brands, languages, quantities, or formats beyond this package
• Third-party software subscriptions and additional paid asset licenses

The service delivers the work listed above. It does not guarantee follower growth, reach, inquiries, or sales.
