Service Scope

This package covers one existing business account on X, one business, one brand, and one English-language content stream for 30 days. It includes 20 standalone posts plus two threads with up to five entries each, for up to 30 published entries in total. Four branded static visuals are attached to selected included posts; they do not add four extra publications.

Pricing and Service Period

The package price is USD 599.00 for one 30-day management period. Ongoing service can be renewed monthly under the agreed service arrangement. Paid advertising management and advertising spend are separate.

Review the Account and Agree on the Business Voice

We review the account, recent posts, available analytics, business priorities, and approved topics. We agree on the tone, the role of short posts and threads, and the business information that can be used in replies. A minor biography and website-link correction is included where supported. Real-time news coverage and crisis response are separate services.

Write the Posts, Threads, and Visuals

We prepare 20 original standalone posts and two focused threads using approved company material. Each thread contains up to five entries and follows one clear subject. Copy is prepared within the account's supported posting limits. We create four branded static visuals for use within the included publication count and arrange the materials in one monthly calendar.

Approve and Publish the Monthly Plan

We submit the calendar, copy, and visuals for review, apply one consolidated pre-publication revision round, and schedule or publish the approved posts and threads. The client confirms business claims, external links, and the content direction. Additional threads, new concepts, or replacement topics after approval are quoted separately.

Handle Limited Public Replies and Report on Activity

We check public responses to the managed content twice weekly on business days and provide up to two hours of reply and escalation work in the month. Responses use approved facts and refer other questions to the client's contact. Reporting summarizes available account and post metrics; access to particular analytics depends on the account's current features.

Testing and Quality Review

Client Requirements

The client supplies accurate business information, the source materials needed for this package, and one named contact for approvals and consolidated feedback. Where account work is included, the client provides authorized access and retains account ownership.

Delivery and Revisions

Onboarding and the first monthly batch are normally prepared within 5–7 business days after the required account access, business facts, and usable source assets are received. The 30-day management period begins on the agreed first publication date.

One consolidated pre-publication revision round is included for the monthly calendar and content batch. Corrections cover approved subjects, copy, the existing visual direction, and included video edits where applicable.

The report is delivered within five business days after the service period ends. The review call is arranged after report delivery. Delayed client feedback or unavailable account features can affect publication dates and delivery timing.

Extra content, new concepts, replacement materials after approval, additional accounts, or work beyond the stated engagement allowance are quoted separately.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are outside this package unless purchased or agreed separately:

• Continuous monitoring, crisis communications, or live-event coverage
• Direct-message outreach, automated prospecting, and follower acquisition
• Additional threads, original video production, and paid account subscriptions
• Paid campaigns, advertising spend, influencer outreach, and third-party fees
• Additional accounts, brands, languages, quantities, or formats beyond this package
• Third-party software subscriptions and additional paid asset licenses

The service delivers the work listed above. It does not guarantee follower growth, reach, inquiries, or sales.
