Define the Management Questions to Answer

We review what the business needs to see, which decisions the reports should support, and which source contains the agreed data. Zoho Analytics is configured around one approved reporting objective instead of a dashboard filled with generic charts.

Configure the Analytics Workspace

One Zoho Analytics workspace is configured with the approved name, time zone, organization settings, and basic sharing preferences. The workspace is prepared as the central location for the included dataset, reports, dashboard, and users.

Connect One Approved Data Source

One standard supported data source is connected or one client-provided file is imported when the required access and plan features are available. Up to 3 approved tables, modules, or datasets are brought into the workspace for the agreed reporting purpose.

Prepare the Data for Reporting

We review the included table structure, column names, formats, and refresh behavior and prepare up to 5 approved formula columns, filters, or basic data transformations. Source-data cleanup, reconciliation, and data-governance decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

Define the Core Measures and Dimensions

The approved measures, dates, categories, owners, stages, products, regions, or other business dimensions are organized for use in reports. We align the included reporting logic with the client-provided definitions of KPIs and business terms.

Build Focused Business Reports

Up to 10 approved reports are created using the appropriate tables and visualizations. The included reports can use charts, pivot views, tables, scorecards, or other standard visualization types supported by the client’s Zoho Analytics edition.

Create One Management Dashboard

One interactive dashboard is assembled from the included reports and up to 10 approved KPI widgets. The dashboard is organized around the agreed management questions so leaders can review essential trends, totals, comparisons, and status in one place.

Configure Filters, Drill-Downs, and Refresh

We configure the practical dashboard filters, date ranges, and supported drill-down interactions required for the agreed reporting experience. The available import or sync schedule is also reviewed and configured based on the source connection and client’s Zoho Analytics plan.

Prepare Sharing and Scheduled Delivery

Up to 3 approved users are invited or granted the appropriate workspace or dashboard access. One approved report or dashboard delivery schedule is configured for the agreed recipients when supported by the client’s active edition.

Test, Refine, and Launch

The approved source connection, data structure, measures, reports, dashboard, filters, refresh settings, sharing, and scheduled delivery are tested before handoff. Practical refinements are completed within the fixed package scope, followed by one 60-minute live handoff session.
