AUTHENTICATED ZOHO CAMPAIGNS SENDING

Build a Trusted Zoho Campaigns Sending Foundation

Connect one business-owned domain to Zoho Campaigns, configure the required authentication records, align the sender identity, and verify the visible technical status.

Service Scope

Zoho Campaigns Sending Domain Authentication & Deliverability Setup is a fixed-scope Zoho Campaigns email marketing service for one business, one Zoho Campaigns account, one business-owned sending domain, and one primary sender identity.

The service covers the approved quantities and configuration described below in one Zoho Campaigns account. Work outside those quantities is quoted separately.

The objective is to deliver a practical, documented configuration that the client can understand, approve, and continue using after handoff.

Configure Domain Authentication

We configure or guide the installation of the sender-domain records provided for the approved Zoho Campaigns account and verify that the record names and values match the intended DNS zone.

  • Sender-domain verification
  • SPF review
  • DKIM configuration
  • DNS host formatting
  • Visible authentication status

Review DMARC and Existing Email DNS

We review one existing DMARC record and related visible email DNS for obvious conflicts. When appropriate, we add or update one conservative DMARC record after the client identifies all legitimate sending services.

  • Existing DMARC policy
  • Duplicate or malformed records
  • Other legitimate sending platforms
  • Alignment considerations
  • Propagation dependencies

Align and Test the Sender Identity

We align one primary From address and reply-to identity with the authenticated domain and complete one controlled test to up to three client-provided inboxes after the platform recognizes the records.

Testing and Validation

Before handoff, we review the completed configuration against the approved scope and test the platform behavior that can be validated safely with the access and data provided.

  • Approved quantities and settings
  • Names, fields, and mapping logic
  • Visible platform status
  • Representative test result
  • Exceptions requiring client action

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work, the configuration visible in Zoho Campaigns, and any unresolved platform or third-party dependency.

  • 1 business-owned sending domain
  • Zoho Campaigns sender-domain verification
  • SPF record setup or review
  • DKIM record configuration
  • 1 DMARC TXT record setup or review
  • Existing email DNS conflict review

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, content, and approvals:

  • Zoho Campaigns administrator access
  • An active Zoho Campaigns plan that supports the approved configuration
  • Final business information, brand assets, content, and implementation instructions required for the service
  • Permission-based contact data and accurate marketing-status instructions when contacts are involved
  • Timely review and written approval of proposed settings and test results
  • DNS access or assistance from the authorized domain administrator
  • One working email address on the owned domain
  • A list of all legitimate email-sending services using the domain
  • Up to three inboxes for the controlled test

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after all required access, content, data, and approvals are received. Platform processing or third-party delays may extend completion.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, replacement data, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included in this service:

  • Mailbox creation or migration
  • Multiple domains
  • Dedicated IP configuration or volume warming
  • Blacklist removal
  • Sender-reputation repair
  • Ongoing deliverability monitoring
  • Zoho Campaigns subscription or usage fees
  • Original legal, privacy, or regulatory advice
  • Unapproved work outside the stated quantities
  • Ongoing management after handoff
  • Guaranteed delivery, inbox placement, engagement, leads, or revenue
