Turn Complex Sales Work Into a Guided CRM System
Design the Advanced CRM Operating Model
We begin by agreeing one advanced sales operating model: how opportunities move forward, which teams act at each point, what information must be captured, and which decisions need a guided step. Zoho CRM is then configured around that approved model rather than a generic default process, with up to three approved CRM modules and 30 approved custom fields in total.
Build a Controlled Sales Process with Blueprint
One Zoho CRM Blueprint is configured for one approved sales process, with up to 12 states and 20 transitions. The scope includes the agreed stage actions, required fields, checks, and standard notifications or record updates that Zoho CRM supports natively. Custom code and external integrations are not included.
Tailor the CRM Interface with Canvas
Up to two approved Canvas views are prepared to make key CRM records easier for the team to read and act on. The layouts focus on the information, actions, and visual hierarchy the approved users need. Canvas configuration is included only where the feature is available and enabled in the client’s Zoho CRM edition.
Guide Important Work with Kiosk Studio
Up to two Kiosk Studio flows are configured for repeatable guided actions, such as preparing a deal for approval or completing a required sales handoff. Each flow may contain up to six approved screens using native CRM fields and actions. Kiosk Studio work is subject to the client’s edition and enabled features.
Configure a Practical Quote and Product Model
Where Zoho CRM CPQ is available and enabled for the client, one approved quote and product model is configured with up to 20 client-supplied products, 10 product rules, five pricing or discount criteria, and one quote template. This does not include an ERP or inventory integration, tax-engine configuration, product-data cleanup, or legal pricing-policy design.
Prepare Native Zia Features Around the Team’s Priorities
One approved native Zia feature set is reviewed and configured around the team’s priorities, such as available scores, predictions, recommendations, or insights. The work uses the features supported by the client’s active edition and data. Custom AI models, QuickML projects, AI agents, and external AI integrations are outside this implementation.
Make Performance Easier to See
The CRM includes up to five approved reports, two dashboards, up to 10 saved views, and access settings for up to 10 named users across up to three approved roles or profiles. The reporting focus is agreed sales activity, pipeline progress, process compliance, and quote visibility.
Test, Refine, and Hand Off
We test the configured process with approved sample records, complete practical in-scope refinements, and provide one 90-minute live administrator handoff. The final handoff explains how the team can maintain the approved fields, process settings, views, reports, and dashboards after launch.
