Turn a Closed Deal Into a Clear Operational Next Step
Build One Clear Sales-to-Cash Operating Flow
We begin by agreeing how a prospect becomes a customer, how a deal becomes a quote or order, how products and stock are involved, when an invoice is created, and when an agreement needs a signature. Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, and Sign are configured around one approved revenue process so sales, operations, and document activity have a clear handoff.
Establish Customer and Product Data That Teams Can Trust
One Zoho CRM foundation is configured using Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Deals, with one sales pipeline of up to eight stages, up to 15 approved custom fields, five saved views, access settings for up to five named team members, one lead-assignment rule, three workflow rules, five reports, and one manager dashboard. Up to 100 client-provided product or service items are prepared for the approved Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory structure.
Configure the Zoho Books Foundation Around Approved Financial Information
One Zoho Books organization is configured using client-approved legal business details, base currency, fiscal year, tax settings, and chart-of-accounts information. We prepare one quote template, one sales-order template, and one invoice template, along with the relevant customer and item fields. This is technical configuration based on client and accountant-approved information; it is not accounting, tax, or financial advice.
Connect the Deal to the Operational Sales Transaction
The native CRM and Zoho Finance connection is configured so the approved customer and sales context is visible where the team works. One agreed operational handoff from a won Deal to a Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory transaction is tested with the team. Custom code to synchronize CRM’s native Quote, Sales Order, or Invoice modules into Zoho Books is outside this package; the process uses the available native Zoho Finance workflow.
Prepare Inventory for Order Handling
One Zoho Inventory organization is connected with the approved finance setup and configured for one primary warehouse or location, up to two item groups, item details, stock fields, and one approved sales-order flow. The setup prepares the team to manage the path from order to invoice using the available Zoho Inventory features. Physical counts, stock reconciliation, shipping-carrier connections, purchasing, and warehouse operations remain outside the package.
Make Quotes, Orders, and Invoices Easier to See
The approved CRM and Zoho Finance integration is configured so relevant customer transactions can be viewed in the agreed workflow. We organize the customer, product, quote, order, and invoice views around practical visibility for sales and operations. The service establishes the working structure and document templates; it does not create an ongoing billing operation, reconcile payments, or manage customer collections.
Prepare a Simple Agreement-Signing Path
Two client-provided Zoho Sign templates are prepared for the approved sales process. Each template may include up to two signer roles and the relevant CRM merge fields. One Deal-based CRM sending flow is configured so the team can send signature requests and view their status from the approved CRM path. The service does not draft, review, or determine the legal suitability of agreements or electronic-signature use.
Test, Refine, and Hand Off a Working Revenue Foundation
We test the approved customer record, product structure, deal-to-transaction handoff, order, invoice, inventory, and signature-request paths before handoff. Practical in-scope refinements are completed until the agreed foundation is ready. The package closes with one 90-minute live administrator handoff covering the everyday sales-to-cash workflow. Zoho subscriptions, payment gateways, signature credits, tax decisions, source data cleanup, and ongoing operations remain the client’s responsibility.
